Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Play Savvy, Inc. (“Play Savvy”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares your information when you access and/or use the websites that directly link to this Privacy Policy including www.playsavvy.live (“Websites”), (2) access and/or use our Play Savvy application, or other digital properties we own and operate, that directly link to this Privacy Policy (the “Services”); (3) you communicate with us in any manner, including by email, direct messaging, telephone, and/or in person (“Communications”); and (4) we interact with certain third party partners.
We are committed to collecting only the personal information necessary to deliver our Services and support your experience. Please note that your information may be stored and processed in the United States (and other countries where our service providers are located). We will ensure appropriate safeguards for international data transfers to protect your privacy.

What Type Of Information Do We Collect?
Depending on how you interact with our Websites and Services, the nature of our Communications, and how we may interact with certain third party partners, we may collect the following pieces of your information:
Basic Identifying and Contact Information. Basic identifiers, information you provide when creating an account, such as a username, display name, password, and contact information (like an email address). We may also collect your full name or mailing address if needed for specific purposes (for example, to verify identity or deliver prizes), but we will ask for these only when necessary.
Device Identifier and other Unique Identifiers. Information such as your device identifier, internet protocol (IP) address, cookies, beacons, pixel tags, mobile ad identifier, and other unique identifiers.
Identity Verification Data. If you choose or are required to verify your identity or age for our Services, we may collect information to confirm your identity. This can include government-issued identification documents (e.g. a driver’s license or passport) and biometric identifiers or information, such as facial images or scans derived from a selfie or photograph. We will only collect this information with your knowledge and consent (where required by law) and use it solely for verification and security purposes.
Internet or Other Network Activity. Information such as your browsing or search history, and other information regarding your interactions with our Websites, emails, and advertisements.
Payment Information. Information such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit or debit card number), expiration date, and security code as necessary to process your payments. This information is collected by our payment processor and is not stored by us. Please see the section entitled Payment Processor below for more information.
Geolocation Data. Information that permits us to determine your location.
Commercial Information. Information such as purchase information.
Demographic Information. Information such as your age, gender, and date of birth.
User Content. Information you voluntarily provide on our Services, such as your profile details, chat messages, trivia answers or submissions, feedback, and any other content (e.g. images, videos, comments, or testimonials) you choose to provide. Keep in mind that content you share may be seen by others as described in this Policy.
Audio and Visual Information. For example, photographs or videos you upload, images you share, and audio recordings (such as recordings of customer support calls or in-game voice chat).
Inferences. Information such as inferences drawn from or created based on the information identified above.
You may choose to voluntarily provide other information to us that we do not request, and, in such instances, and in such situations we have no control over what categories of personal information such disclosure may include. Any additional information provided by you to us is provided at your own risk.
How Do We Collect Your Information?
We collect your information in three ways: (1) directly from you when you use our Websites, Services, and Communicate with us; (2) automatically using online technologies when you engage with our Websites, Services, and Communications; and (3) from our third party partners.
Directly from you. We collect information directly from you when you enter your information on our Websites, create an account for our Services, complete an identity or age verification step, update your profile, access our content, take a survey or a poll, use our Websites and Services, engage in Communications with us, or sign-up to receive emails, text messages, or certain other Communications from us.
Automatically Using Online Technologies. When you visit our Websites, open or click on emails we send you or related Communications, or interact with our advertisements, we or other third parties may automatically collect certain information about you using online tracking technologies such as cookies, pixels, web beacons, software developer kits, and related technologies. From Our Partners. We collect information from our third party partners, data analytics providers, marketing or advertising providers, social networks that you have linked to your account, fraud prevention service providers, and vendors that provide services.
Cookies and Related Online Tracking Technologies
We and our third-party partners use cookies, pixels, web beacons, software development kits, and other similar online tracking technologies to gather information about you when you use our Websites and Services, and engage with our Communications. Some of the online tracking technologies are used to maintain the security of our Websites and Services, manage your account, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, assist with basic operational, security, advertising, analytics, and other performance functions. Where required by law (such as in the EU/UK), we will obtain your consent before using or setting certain cookies or similar trackers on your device.

How Do We Use Your Information?
We use your information for a variety of purposes, including to:
Provide our Websites and Services to You. We use your information to provide our Websites and Services to you, including to: (1) create and manage your account when you sign-up to use our Services; (2) facilitate your access and use of our Websites and Services; (3) process your feedback and your participation in the Services; (4) send you notifications relating to your account and participation in our Services; (5) answer your Communications; (6) verify your eligibility to use the Service (for example confirming that you are over 18 or validating your identity when required to award prizes or prevent fraud); (7) facilitate community and gameplay features, for example, to display your username and trivia answers or chat messages to other players as part of the game; and (8) perform other related business functions.
Communicate with You. We use your information to engage in Communications with you, such as to respond to your requests, inquiries, issues, feedback, and to provide customer service.
Market and Advertise. Where permitted by law or with your consent, we use your information for marketing and advertising purposes, including sending marketing, advertising, and promotional communications to you by email, text message, or postal mail.
Conduct Analytics and Personalization. We use your information to conduct research and analytics, including to improve our Websites and Services and their functionality. We also use your information to understand user behavior and your interaction with our Websites, advertisements, Services, and our Communications with you. We also use your information to personalize your experience and provide you with optimized match recommendations, and other personalized recommendations in connection with our Services.
Security and Fraud Prevention. We use your information to detect, investigate, prevent, or take action regarding possible malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, including fraudulent transactions. We also use your information to enforce our terms and procedures, prevent security incidents, and prevent harm to other users of our Services.
Legal Obligations. We use your information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to establish and exercise our rights, and to defend against legal claims.
Business Functions. We use your information to support our core business functions, including to maintain records related to business management, loss prevention, collecting amounts owed, and identifying and repairing errors or problems in the Websites.
How Do We Disclose Your Information?
We may disclose or share your information with affiliated and non-affiliated third-parties, including in the following scenarios:
With your Consent. We may disclose or share your information with your consent, which may be obtained in writing; online, through “click-through” agreements; when you accept the terms of use on our Websites; orally, either in person or on the phone; or by other means.
In a Business Transfer. We may disclose or share your information as part of a corporate business transaction, such as a merger or acquisition, joint venture, corporate reorganization, financing, or sale of company assets, or in the unlikely event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, in which such information could be transferred to third parties as a business asset in the transaction.
To Non-Affiliated Third Parties. We may disclose or share your information with certain non-affiliated third parties to facilitate your access and use of our Websites, our Services, and to provide us with certain business functions, including but not limited to sharing your information with brand partners, internet service providers, identity verification vendors, advertising networks, data analytics providers, governmental entities, operating systems and platforms, social media networks, payment processors, and other service providers who provide us a service (e.g., customer service, auditing, marketing, debugging to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality on our Websites, and/or protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity). These service providers are contractually required to use your information only for the purposes we specify and to protect it. Biometric and identity verification information is only shared with our verification service provider and not disclosed to other third parties except as needed to comply with law or protect rights. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
For Legal Process And Protection. We may disclose or share your information to satisfy any law, regulation, legal process, governmental request, or where we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to: (1) enforce or apply our agreements; (2) protect our interests, property, or safety of others; (3) in connection with claims, disputes, or litigation; and (4) to protect our Websites.
With Other Users or the Public. When you participate in interactive features of the Services, any content you provide (such as your quiz answers, chat messages, profile name, or avatar) will be visible to other players and may be visible publicly if those features are open to the public. By using these features, you understand that the information you share will be disclosed to others on the platform.
Payment Processors
We use payment processors to handle all payment transactions. When you make a payment through our Services, your payment information is processed by one of our payment processors depending on how you access our Services. If you are using our Services through an Apple, Apple is the payment processor through its Apple Payment gateway. Other users will make transactions using Square.
Please refer to Square’s and/or Apple’s privacy policies to understand how each payment processor may use and protect your data provided in connection with any payments.
Analytics and Advertising
We use analytics services, such as Google Analytics, to help us understand how users access and use the Service. In addition, we work with agencies, advertisers, ad networks, and other technology services to place ads about our products and services on other websites and services. For example, we place ads through Google and Facebook that you may view on their platforms as well as on other websites and services. We obtain consent for advertising cookies or similar tracking where required by applicable law.
As part of this process, we may incorporate tracking technologies into our own Service (including our website and emails) as well as into our ads displayed on other websites and services. Some of these tracking technologies may track your activities across time and services for purposes of associating the different devices you use, and delivering relevant ads and/or other content to you (“Interest-based Advertising”).
We also use audience matching services to reach people (or people similar to people) who have visited our Service or are identified in one or more of our databases (“Matched Ads”). This is done by us uploading a customer list to a technology service or incorporating a pixel from a technology service into our own Service, and the technology service matching common factors between our data and their data.
As indicated above, vendors may act as our service providers, or in certain contexts, independently decide how to process your information. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with and consult their privacy policies and terms of use.

How Do We Protect Your Information?
Although no system can guarantee the complete security of your information, we take all commercially reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected in alignment with all applicable laws and regulations, as appropriate to the sensitivity of your information. We implement additional safeguards for sensitive personal information. For instance, biometric data or identity documents provided for verification are encrypted and stored with restricted access, and we delete or anonymize such data once it is no longer needed for its verification purpose.
How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We keep your information for as long as is necessary in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected, our business needs, and our legal and regulatory obligations. If we dispose of your information, we will do so in a way that is secure and appropriate to the nature of the information subject to disposal. For certain types of data, we apply special retention practices. For example, information collected solely for identity or age verification (such as biometric identifiers or ID scans) is retained only as long as needed to verify your identity or to comply with record-keeping requirements, and is then deleted or anonymized. We periodically review the data we hold and securely dispose of information that is no longer needed.

Our Websites and Services may contain links to third party websites and services. Please note that these links are provided for your convenience and information, and the websites and services may operate independently from us and have their own privacy policies or notices, which we strongly suggest you review.
Your Rights and Choices
Account
You may access, update, or remove certain information that you have provided to us through your account by visiting your account settings or sending an email to the email address set out as set out in the Contact Us section below. You may also request deletion of your account or personal data by contacting us (subject to our need to retain certain information for legal obligations, which we will explain if applicable). We may require additional information from you to allow us to confirm your identity.
Please note that we will retain and use information about you as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Regional Privacy Rights: Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights (for example, residents of certain jurisdictions like California, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Canada). Please see the sections below specific to your region for more information on those rights.
Communications
The following is information about how to opt out of receiving certain communications from, depending on means of delivery:
E-mails. You can opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us at any time by following the instructions as provided in emails to click on the unsubscribe link, or emailing us at the email address set out as set out in the Contact Us section below with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject field of the email. Please note that you cannot opt-out of non-promotional emails, such as those about your account, transactions, servicing, or our ongoing business relations.
Phone & SMS Text Messaging. You can opt-out of receiving text messages or calls to your phone number at any time by (i) for text messages, texting “STOP” in response to any text message you receive from us or contacting us as set out in the Contact Us section below and specifying you want to opt-out of text messages; and (ii) for calls, requesting opt-out during any call you receive from us or contacting us as set out in the Contact Us section below and specifying you want to opt-out of calls.
Push Notifications. If you have opted-in to receive push notification on your device, you can opt-out at any time by adjusting the permissions in your device or uninstalling our mobile application.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The following disclosures relate to your rights and choices in connection with cookies and other tracking technologies:
Do Not Track. Your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a “Do Not Track” signal to online services you visit. We do not currently monitor or take action with respect to “Do Not Track” signals. For more information on “Do Not Track,” visit http://www.allaboutdnt.com.
Cookies and Pixels. Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can instruct your browser, by changing its settings, to decline or delete cookies. If you use multiple browsers on your device, you will need to instruct each browser separately. Your ability to limit cookies is subject to your browser settings and limitations.
Mobile Application and Location Technologies. You can stop all collection of information via our mobile application by uninstalling the mobile application. You can also reset your device Ad Id at any time through your device settings, which is designed to allow you to limit the use of information collected about you. You can stop all collection of precise location data through the mobile application by uninstalling the application or withdrawing your consent through your device settings.
Please be aware that if you disable or remove tracking technologies some parts of the Service may not function correctly.
Analytics and Interest-Based Advertising.
Google provides tools to allow you to opt out of the use of certain information collected by Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and by Google Analytics for Display Advertising or the Google Display Network at https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/ .
To opt out of us using your data for Matched Ads, please contact us as set forth in the Contact Us section below and specify that you wish to opt out of matched ads. We will request that the applicable technology service not serve you Matched Ads based on information we provide to it. Alternatively, you may directly contact the applicable technology service to opt out.
You may also limit our use of information collected from or about your mobile device for purposes of serving targeted ads to you by going to your device settings and selecting “Limit Ad Tracking” (for iOS devices) or “Opt out of Interest-Based Ads” (for Android devices).
Please note that if you opt out using any of these methods, the opt out will only apply to the specific browser or device from which you opt out. We are not responsible for the effectiveness of, or compliance with, any opt out options or programs, or the accuracy of any other entities’ statements regarding their opt out options or programs.
Children (Minors under 18)
Our services are intended for adults age 18 and over. Children or minors under 18 (or under the age of majority in your jurisdiction) are not allowed to use the Services. . We do not seek or knowingly collect any Personal Data from children or minors. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected information about a child, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database. We may ask for proof of age or take steps to verify your age or identity to ensure this requirement is met. If you believe we have mistakenly collected information from a minor, please contact us so we can delete it.
SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
California law requires that we make certain disclosures about your data. The following disclosures are made pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CCPA”).
Collection and Use of Personal Data.
In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of Personal Data: identifiers, commercial information, Internet or other electronic network activity information, geolocation data, and visual information. To learn more about the specific information we collect, the sources and purposes of such collection, please see Our Collection and Use of Information” below.
Sale or Sharing of Personal Data.
We do not sell or share your Personal Data as those terms are defined under the CCPA. We have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the Personal Data of minors under 16 years of age.
Disclosure of Personal Data for a Business Purpose.
In the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed for a business purpose the following categories of Personal Data: identifiers, commercial information, Internet or other electronic network activity information, geolocation data, and visual information. To learn more about the disclosure of your Personal Data, please see “Parties We May Share Your Information With.”
Your CCPA Rights
Right to Know and Access Personal Data.
You have the right to request the categories and specific pieces of Personal Data we have collected about you.
Right to Delete Personal Data.
You have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Data, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to Correct Inaccurate Personal Data.
You have the right to request the correction of any inaccurate Personal Data that we maintain about you.
Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Data.
We do not collect or process sensitive Personal Data for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you. We also do not disclose sensitive Personal Data for purposes other than those specified in Section 7027(m) of the California Privacy Rights Act regulations promulgated by the California Privacy Protection Agency. Therefore, we do not offer you the option to limit the use of your sensitive Personal Data.
Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing.
Under California law, consumers have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their Personal Data. Because we do not sell or share data for this purpose, we do not offer this opt out.
Right of Non-Discrimination.
You have the right to exercise the privacy rights conferred to you under the CCPA without receiving discriminatory treatment. We do not discriminate against you for exercising the privacy rights conferred to you under the CCPA.
Other State Laws.
In addition to the existing rights to access, delete, and opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, you now have expanded rights under new state laws. These include the right to correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you. You may also have the right to limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information, such as precise geolocation data, race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, and specific health information. Furthermore, you may request to opt out of automated decision-making and profiling in certain circumstances. Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to data portability, allowing you to obtain your personal information in a readily usable format. Some states also grant you the right to appeal a business’s denial of your request to exercise these rights. Please note that the availability and scope of these rights may vary based on your location and applicable state laws. If we decline to take action on your privacy request, you may appeal our decision by contacting us at legal@playsavvy.live within a reasonable time and providing details of your concern. We will review and respond to any appeal request as required by applicable law.
How to Exercise. To exercise any of these state rights, please contact us at the email or mailing address in the “Contact Us” section of this Policy. We will respond to valid requests within the timeframe required (generally 45 days). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
We may send periodic informational emails to you. You may opt out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email. If you opt out of receiving emails about recommendations or other information we think may interest you, we may still send you emails about any Services you have requested or received from us.
CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS ADDENDUM – ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURES
Information We Collect. We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or device (“Personal Data”). The table below indicates whether we have collected certain types of Personal Data in the preceding 12 months:
KYC - Know your Customer. We may engage in KYC (“Know Your Customer”) activities, which may include the processing of biometric information such as face prints, selfies, or government IDs. Additionally, we may collect and record user videos, photographs, and/or audio chats as part of our services.
Personal Data Sources.
We obtain the categories of Personal Data listed above from the following categories of sources:
Directly from our Users. For example, from when Users register for our services.
Directly and indirectly from activity on our websites and applications. This includes:
Usage and log information. For example, service-related, diagnostic and performance information. This includes information about your activity on our websites and applications, log files, and reports.
Device and connection information. We collect device-specific information such as hardware model, operating system information, browser information, IP address, etc.
From third parties that interact with us in connection with the services we perform. We may work with third parties, for example, in order to understand, customize, support and market the services we provide and/or to comply with laws.
Use of Personal Data. We may use or disclose the Personal Data we collect for one or more of the following business purposes as disclosed in our Privacy Policy:
To provide and manage the services you request;
To improve customer service and our services;
To process payments;
To personalize user experience;
To contact you about our services;
To send important notices to you;
To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations; or
To offer alternative dispute resolution services.
Other Personal Data. We will not collect additional categories of Personal Data or use the Personal Data we collect for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice.
Sharing Personal Data. We may disclose your Personal Data to a third party for business purposes. When we disclose Personal Data for a business purpose, we enter into a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that Personal Data confidential and not use it for any purpose except for performing the contract. We disclose your Personal Data for a business purpose to the following categories of third parties:

Service providers;
Third parties that interact with us in connection with the services we perform.
We do not sell your Personal Data. We do not use sensitive Personal Data for inferring characteristics beyond identity verification. You may limit use of sensitive data by contacting us as set forth below.
Your Rights and Choices. The CCPA provides players Users who are California residents with specific rights regarding their Personal Data. You have the right to access the Personal Data we’ve collected about you during the past 12 months and information about our data collection practices. You also have the right to request that we delete the Personal Data we have collected from you.
Exercising Access and Deletion Rights. To exercise the access and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by contacting us as set forth below. Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Data. If you decide to use an authorized agent, please also include written permission that you have designated that agent to make this request, or proof of the agent’s power of attorney. We may follow up with you to verify your identity before processing your authorized agent’s request. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
In order for your consumer request to be verifiable, you must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Data or an authorized representative. You will need to provide: (1) full name; (2) date of birth; (3) address; (4) email address; (5) whether you are a California consumer pursuant to CCPA; (6) if you would like to know the specific pieces of Personal Data that we have collected about you, or to delete your Personal Data; (7) identification that clearly shows your name, date of birth and address (for example, passport or other photo identification); and (8) describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate and respond to it.
Verifiable Consumer Request. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Data if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Data relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use Personal Data provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.
Response Timing and Format. We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your Personal Data that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
No Discrimination Policy. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
Specific Disclosures for EU/EEA and UK Users
Play Savvy, Inc. is the controller of your personal data for purposes of EU/UK data protection law. You can find our contact details below. We process personal data of EU/EEA/UK users on the following legal bases: (1) Contract: to provide you the Services you request (e.g. we need your account data and game inputs to perform the service contract with you); (2) Legitimate Interests: to improve our Services, secure our platform, prevent fraud, and show limited direct marketing (we only do so in ways that do not override your privacy rights); (3) Legal Obligation: to comply with laws (for example, keeping records for tax or responding to lawful requests); and (4) Consent: where required by law, we will rely on your consent, such as for sending marketing emails or processing special categories of data like biometric identifiers for verification.
As an EU/EEA or UK resident, you have certain rights regarding your personal data. These include the right to access your data, to rectify (correct) any inaccuracies, to erase your data (“right to be forgotten”) in certain circumstances, to restrict or object to our processing of your data, and the right to data portability (to receive an electronic copy of your data). You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given at any time, and to object specifically to processing for direct marketing purposes at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the email or address provided. We will respond within the timeframe required by law.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe we have processed your data unlawfully or not addressed your concerns. We encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve your issue.
We are based in the United States. When you access our Services from the EU/EEA or UK, your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. The U.S. may not have the same data protection laws as your home country, but we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data in transit and at rest. In particular, we rely on European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms to lawfully transfer data internationally. This means your data is afforded a level of protection equivalent to that in the EU. You can request more information about these safeguards by contacting us.
